The staff at check-in were extremely nice and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean, with a big bathroom and a large corner shower. The breakfast had a good variety and was hot. The hotel facilities were great, with nice bars and excellent entertainment. The location was fantastic, right on the seafront and near a slope for easy access.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent - we got a great deal for our triple family room, including breakfast. The room itself was comfortable and had a great view of the sea. I also want to mention the staff, who were extremely helpful and efficient. They really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Lastly, I have to comment on the breakfast - it was second to none. The food was of excellent standard and the menu had a great variety. All in all, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The hotel was clean, stunningly beautiful, had courteous staff on top of his service. Fab and easy location next to Dinosaur World. Btw, went to city centre, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. They recommended a good restaurant at first floor.

The breakfast was gorgeous, there was lots of food to chose from. The very good service was provided in this low-budget hotel. There were free internet and good parking available. Ideal location to winter gardens.

The room was a good size, although the mattress needs replacing. The helpful and friendly staff made the stay comfortable and warm during winter. Conveniently located on the promenade with a tram stop across the road.

We were there for 1 day, everything was very clean, loved its perfect location just off each piers, shops and beach and the sea front. Plenty of outstanding food for vegetarian breakfast.
